It's all about the sailing!

Sailors from Island Heights Yacht Club are very active in local, regional and in some cases national sailing events. Several of our members have excelled in local racing and gone on to become Olympic sailors.

Every summer many of us participate in the B.B.Y.R.A. championship series, competing against each other and sailors from 13 other yacht clubs on Barnegat Bay. We also sail auxiliaries in Wednesday night club races and our junior sailors participate in many local and regional regattas.

As a member you will meet many boat owners looking for volunteers to crew on their boats.

We also offer sailing lessons for individuals or small groups.
