About this event
A fun introduction to sailing, designed for adults. Two options are available:
A shorter course held over two consecutive evenings from 4 pm - 8 pm. See below for available dates.
A longer more comprehensive course held over 2 full days from 9 am - 4pm. See below for available dates.
With a ratio of 4 students to 1 instructor, learning will be individualized. The course will cover basic sailing concepts and include hands on experience in an Ensign class sailboat. The Ensign is a very comfortable and stable boat, making it ideal to learn in. A copy of the US Sailing publication 'Learn Sailing Right' is included in the cost of the course.
